Jakarta, 2-3 Desember 2021 – Mengawali Desember 2021, iSystem Asia sukses menyelenggarakan workshop Customer Experience (CX) Professional Class untuk Bank Indonesia (BI) secara online selama dua hari berturut-turut dan diikuti oleh 21 orang peserta dari Departemen Komunikasi (DKOM). Pelatihan ini difasilitasi praktisi CRM (Customer Relationship Management) dan CX (Customer Experience), yakni Ibu Aina Neva Fiati, S.E, P.CRM yang telah berpengalaman selama lebih dari 20 tahun di bidang CRM, CX, dan BPM, serta dibantu juga oleh Pak Tarmat Setiawan, S.Kom, P.CRM di beberapa sesi dan latihan

Hari pertama workshop dipenuhi dengan pembahasan materi mengenai pentingnya CX (Customer experience) dalam meningkatkan daya tarik merek/produk dan/atau layanan di mata customer. Workshop CX Professional Class ini berfokus kepada pemahaman teoritis serta penjabaran strategi CX diantaranya Customer Centric Culture, Maturity Model, dan CX Framework and Customer Strategy. Sedangkan di hari kedua, peserta belajar bagaimana membuat customer journey pada level 0 – 1 yang dapat dengan mudah diimplementasikan di beberapa kasus terkini organisasi. Pada prakteknya, peserta diminta untuk memberikan presentasi mengenai membuat customer strategy, customer persona, dan customer journey dengan menggunakan metode dan strategi yang diaplikasikan pada sebuah studi kasus di masing-masing kelompok.

“Customer Journey mendeskripsikan mengenai bagaimana customer berinteraksi dengan merek atau produk atau layanan baik sebelum, saat, setelah (pre, in, post) interaksi. Proses pembuatan Customer Journey secara tidak langsung akan membuat para peserta belajar memahami kebiasaan, karakteristik, dan kepentingan customer mereka dalam sebuah gambaran besar. Kami melatih para peserta untuk terbiasa berpikir secara strategis dan tersistematis menggunakan pendekatan CX dan berpikir dari sisi customer.” Ujar Ibu Aina Neva Fiati, selaku facilitator sekaligus Managing Director iSystem Asia.
